Hi, I’m Mark—and I have some exciting news.

I’m the new owner of the beef jerky store at the South Premium Outlets in Las Vegas, and since taking over, things have gotten a whole lot tastier.

If you’ve ever walked by and smelled something smoky and delicious, that was probably us. And if you haven’t stopped in yet… well, now’s the time.

When I bought the store, I didn’t want to just keep things the same. I wanted to make it even better. So I got to work.

We still have your favorites like Teriyaki, Cracked Pepper, and Spicy Hickory. But now, we’ve added exotic jerky too—crazy cool stuff like elk, buffalo, camel, alligator, and even python!

Yup. Python. (Don’t worry, it doesn’t bite.)
