Orders & shipping

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods or sales events, processing may take an additional day.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within the U.S. takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2–3 business days.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS and FedEx. Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, your location and the shipping method you choose.

Please double-check your address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away at 702-896-2333 or support@beefjerkylv.com.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send your order number, a photo of the item(s), and a short description of the issue. We’ll review it and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

When can’t I get a refund?

We can’t issue refunds for opened or consumed products, orders reported more than 7 days after delivery, or problems caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Jerky & storage

How long does jerky stay fresh?

Unopened bags keep for months in a cool, dry place. Check the best-by date printed on each bag. Once opened, reseal it and enjoy within a few days, or refrigerate to keep it tender longer.

Where can I find ingredients and nutrition facts?

The full ingredient list, allergen information and nutrition facts are printed on every bag. You can also see them in the product photos on each product page.

What’s the difference between jerky and carne seca?

Jerky is sliced into strips and dried. Carne seca is a thinner, shredded-style dried beef, often with chili seasoning, so it’s lighter and crispier.

Exotic jerky

What exotic jerky do you carry?

Shark, alligator, rabbit, lamb, wild boar, kangaroo, python and snapping turtle, each in a 1.75 oz bag. Availability changes, so check the Exotic collection for what’s in stock.

What does exotic jerky taste like?

Most exotic jerky is lean with a mild, savory marinade, so the meat itself comes through. Shark and alligator are great first picks.

Does exotic jerky make a good gift?

Absolutely. Exotic jerky is one of our most popular gifts and conversation starters. Mix a few bags for a gift people won’t forget.

Heat levels

How does your heat scale work?

Every bag gets a rating from 1 to 5 flames. 1 is mild and smoky, 3 is real heat, and 5 is extreme, Reaper-level hot.

How hot is “Extremely Hot”?

Level 5 jerky like Carolina Reaper uses some of the world’s hottest peppers. Start with a small bite and keep a drink nearby.

I’m new to spicy jerky. Where should I start?

Try a level 2 like Sweet Heat from Hardtimes, then move up to Fuego Red Carne Seca or Hardtimes Hot.
